like House programs, public programs, College
Programs and Nagara Sankirtan, Book Distribution,
Prasad Distribution to Jails, Orphanages, Old age
homes and Schools. Harinama Sankirtan in temples
and gatherings on request to distribute the Holy

House Programs |
| Devotees or general public interested in holding a small program with Harinama Sankirtan, Arati and Bhagavad Gita pravachan inform the temple management and the devotees arrange the Altar on the day of the program and arrange for prasadam distribution also (on request) and conduct the program in their houses. House programs generally attract the neighbors of the Devotees or the host to come to temple or to chant Hare Krishna. Many such house programs have been conducted in the past in and around Nellore. Public Programs |
ISKCON Nellore has conducted programs like Cow protection camp, World Holy Name day and Competitions for School Children and Nagara Kirtans in and around Nellore. Apart from this various programs like Harinama in the Town Hall for the occasion of Govinda Mala, Kirtan on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and Hanuman Jayanthi were conducted. Public programs and Nagara Kirtan were arranged in many villages nearby Nellore like Purandara Puram Krishna Patnam, Rebala, Badhvel, Mypad and Udayagiri. These programs impressed the local people to follow Krishna Consciousness in greater numbers. Now regular follow up and programs are conducted in many of these places like Krishna Patnam. College Programs |
By the sincere efforts of various devotees programs in various colleges like Audi shankara Engineering College ,various degree colleges and Hostels were conducted. Apart from colleges, programs for students and young children in orphanages like 'Vatsalya' are also conducted regularly. Prasad Distribution (Anna Danam) |
Prasadam distribution in various orphanages, old age homes and Jails are done with the help of many donors. Generally public who are interested in doing Anna danam can contact the temple for ordering the Prasad. Temple Management will make necessary arrangements to cater all the needed items on time. Nagara Sankirtan and Book Distribution |
Devotees in Nellore assemble for Nagara Sankirtan and distribution on many days like Holidays , Festivals and Sundays. Whenever any Yatra Devotees come to visit the temple also Harinam is arranged enthusiastically. Devotees distribute books of Srila Prabhupada in Trains every day and in many Temple around Nellore on various festival days.
