| In the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition many many festivals are celebrated in order to remember the name, form, qualities and especially the various pastimes or Lila's of the Supreme Lord Sri Krishna and Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. All the festivals observed in ISKCON are in line with the parampara and are authorized by various scriptures. All these festivals offers a chance for the devotees and the general public to remember the Lord and his pastimes and glorify Him with all their hearts.
