Mantra Meditation

Sankirtan is chanting the holy name of the Lord. It is the religion for this age. It can be done congregationally, as kirtans, or it can be done softly in solace, as Japa.

Japa
is the process of chanting the Maha-mantra:

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare

on the japa-mala.

Karma Free Diet

For every action there is a reaction

The Sanskrit word karma means "action", or more specifically, any material action that brings a reaction that binds us to the material world. For every action there is a reaction.

We reap what we sow, in this life and the next, for nature has its own justice. No one can escape the law of karma, except those who understand how it works.

Sri Caitanya Gives the Religion for this Age

God's Name and Himself are not different. Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu established on the basis of authorized scriptures  the philosophy of acintya-bhedabheda-tattva, which maintains that the Supreme Lord is simultaneously one with and different from His creation. He demonstrated it by practicing the chanting of the holy name Himself, and explained that there is no difference between His holy name and His transcendental body.
